30 minute session: $65
60 minute session: $110
90 minute session: $135
Vouchers are available at the clinic
Eftpos is available on-site or you can make a bank transfer if needed. Please discuss this with your therapist.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Less than 12 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling an appointment will result in a 50% session fee.
No-shows to appointments will result in a full 100% session fee.
Treatments
Massage Therapy

Relaxation, Sports, Therapeutic, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue.
To ease pain and /or tension, enhance physical
performance and lower Stress.
Cupping Therapy
​
A technique used with silicone or plastic cups that suction onto tension areas to ease pain and promote blood flow into the area.
What to expect
​
Once an appointment is scheduled you will receive an online intake form via email. Please make sure this is fully completed before your appointment. The form provides health and injury information to the therapist which will be discussed at the appointment.
Arrival: Make your way to level 2 once you have found the room take a seat outside and your therapist will then greet you when ready.

We will have a chat discussing the client form, client expectations and goals for the session.
This is for the therapist to gain a full understanding and create a detailed and safe treatment plan.
During the session, and once both therapist and client have agreed on a treatment plan, the therapist will step out to leave you to get ready on the table. The therapist will then knock before reentering the room.

Aftercare: the therapist may provide home care suggestions e.g stretches, foam rolling and extra postural support.
