At Core Massage Therapy we believe that massage is a core aspect of health and wellness. Whether you are training for a marathon, sporting competition, dealing with injuries, have a highly stressful job or everyday aches and pains, massage can positively impact your physical fitness, recovery, stress levels and mental and emotional well-being.

We're here to listen and understand individual's pains/restrictions and stressors to create a safe, personalized treatment plan for each client. When necessary, we encourage that you engage with health professionals and provide us with relevant information regarding your condition so we're best equipped to aid you in your recovery.

We aim to educate and work with each client to reach their personal fitness goals. This is achieved through improving or preventing injuries while providing a safe space to relax and calm the mind.
